The Resurgence of Municipal Fiber

Since BBP’s first census of municpal fiber−to−the−premises sytems two years ago, the number of municipal systems has risen to 88 from 66, an increase of 25 percent, in spite of Provo, Utah, and Newnan, Ga., privatizing their networks in the interim.
